Paperwork Appt....

Today's appt was basically my "paperwork" appt. They ofcourse got a UA from me, and then blood and then it was just lots of paperwork w/medical history.
YAWN...
So my next appt is Jan 22, which I will almost be 10 weeks then.
They said my due date was correct, so we are going with August 23 unless the ultrasound shows different, but they are pretty sure we are gonna stick with the date.
So that puts me at 6 weeks this week, and it will change every Sunday.


This is the last week of Christmas vaca for the boys and back to school for them.
Neither one of them are really looking forward to going back...
I still have another week off, so, it will be nice to take them back and forth to school the first week they go back :)

Pray for us regarding their mode of transportation to and from school this semeseter, we are having trouble figuring "how" it's gonna work this sememster.
Bus transportation is expensive and with me having to be at school at 7:00 and Ryan having to leave earlier than that...we are kinda in a bind for getting the kids to school.
God is alaways faithful though...so we know it will all work out.

First OB appt tomorrow! And I'm 6 weeks!

Tomrrow is my fist OB appt! We should get our due date verified and hopefully get a little sneak peak of this new little bundle.
We are thinking (based on our internet research that I am 6 weeks now. But all will be verified tomorrow! (promise to updated :)
So...if that is accurate, this is what our little bundle looks like right now!
Had a slight spell of sickness today...just kinda sick at my stomach..but it was okay, nothing major.

We heard that the crabs come out at night so we thought we would try to find them....we didn't, but I was fun to get out the flashlights and be on the beach in the dark!

We took the kids on a ferry ride to Delphin Island which was a 45 min (one way) trip from Gulf Shores.
We went to an aqurium and there was a fort from the civil war on the island that we kinda checked out too!

Christmas with the Family

We had Christams with my family a littly early this year since we were going to Gulf Shores for Christmas.
Mimi, PatPat, Mimow, Papow and Aunt Sharon were there.
We had food, ofcourse, and presents.
The kids were spoiled as always, it's always such fun to watch them open presents.
So thankful for a family that Loves us soo much!

Well...Suprise!

I found out one week ago today (Friday, December 18th) that I was pregnant! We told my family on Saturday, December 19th, and they all seemed excited & suprised! I think I am actually still in shock myself since I was pretty for sure we were done.
I am really excited, and really nervous (which seems silly) but it's true!
So..lots to do in the next nine months because I got rid of ALL the baby stuff except for the crib. I even got rid of ALL my maternity clothes so guess shopping is in my future.
According to the web, I am 5 weeks (will be 6 weeks on the 28th)
My first appt is this coming Tues, so we will be more for sure on due dates, ect. As of right now, I think it is August 23.
The boys are really excited. Christian is dead set for it being a boy, and Joshua really wants a girl...so I guess one of them will be happy :)
I will be posting lots now, because I kinda use this blog as a personal journal for myself to reflect back on....
I went back to the beginning of this blog a couple of weeks ago and it was so fun to read stories and see pictures from several years ago!!

Joshua's K4 Thanksgiving Program

Joshua had his K4 Thanksgiving program yesterday at school.
They sang several songs for the programs.
Joshua seemed pretty shy in front of everyone...he really didn't want to sing on stage, but I knew he knew the songs because I have been hearing him sing them around the house :) Joshy has always been a little Shy in front of other (such a Daddy's boy:)
Some of the songs they did were the same songs that Christian did when he was in K4, so Christian even sang along to some of them (we took him out of class so he could watch Joshy)
Joshua made a very cute little Indian :)

Mimow's Birthday

Last week was Mimow's birthday (My Mom's Mom).
We had dinner/dessert to celebrate.
We love you Mimow!!!

My BIG 30

Well...I'm 30, darn.
No, really this is going to be an amazing year in my life, I just know it.
Saturday, the 14th was the BIG day and I had ALOT of fun.
The boy's woke me up wishing me a Happy 33rd b-day...ummm, no.
(I was quick to correct them :)
For lunch, Mom and Patrick decorated the kitchen with black balloon, tablecloth and deco :) Mimow, Papow and Aunt Sharon came over and we had AMAZING spinach lasagne rolls, salad, and homeade rolls.
Later that evening, Ryan and I went to dinner where several friends met up with us for a little bday party :)
After dinner we went to the movies.

I am excited about seeing what God has for me this year...I know HE has great plans, and I am thankful for the gift of this life he has given me.
