Work..work..work

This is week is my first week at NorthWest. I feel like a little lost person.
I can't figure out that hospital for anything. It is such a maze.
I know I felt that way about Washington Regional too when I first started there....so I know it will get better.
I don't have another day off for 3 weeks solid....so not much fun in the near future.
Lots of training going on at NW, and I work at Regional on the weekends...so my life is very chaotic right now....

New Member of the Burt household

So..I went from Styles to Burt, and now my Dad is going from Styles to Burt..haha.

(side note: My sister-in law DID actually go from Burt to Styles...isn't that funny??)

No, But he is retiring and is now part of our household.

We are excited to have him here.

Looks like the whole fam is here now...we just need to work on the Burts moving a little closer :)

The Whole Family Together???

My brother, Jason and his wife Ashley and 2 sons Lucas and Logan live in Little Rock now. (Jason is in the Air Force) and Ashley works for Alltel.
Ashley just accepted a position at Tyson (she is an accountant). She starts August 11, so they are moving up here!
Logan is even going to go to Shiloh, so the cousins camp will turn into something more permanent :)

New Job

I am now a Mom with not only 1 job, but 2.

I officially accepted a position at North West Health in Springdale yesterday.

I took a PRN position working for the lab during the week and I am keeping my job in the ER at Washington Regional on the weekends.

There is really no set hours at NW, I am just kinda the "fill in" when they need extras or are really busy. HOWEVER, during the interview there was some hopefully talk about maybe possible creating a new FT position with 12 hrs shifts, which is what I want....so we will see in a few months.

I am actually going tomorrow to get all the paperwork filled out and then I start Monday the 28th. Yeah! I am really excited!

The rest of the Branson Pics....

We had so much fun while we were in Branson. We started off by going to the IMAX theatre to see the Dinosaurs Alive Movie. The boys really liked it. Then we went to play Dinosaur Putt-Putt....it must have been dinosaur day :) While we were there we also went to the Dixie Stampede which is a MUST in Branson...we love it everytime. We did however visit something new in Branson this trip. We went to the Butterfly Palace, which was AWESOME..I highly recommend it, the kids adored it, and so did we.
