I should start a book...or atleast a journal :)

I have heard sooo many funny things come out of people's mouths since I started at the hospital and started school. You really come to realize just how many weirdo's are out there, especially when you work at the ER. - But then you have just silly things come in.....read below.

Here are some funny quotes out of actaul people's mouths while performing a venipuncture on a REAL person.
(your holding a needle and your about to draw someone's blood and these words come out of your mouth either before or after you stick them)

3. Did I get it honey? I don't have my glasses on.
( I seriously could not believe she said that!!)

The Class of 2020

Christian's class will be the Seniors of 2020. Sounds pretty cool huh?

We thought we would do something kinda cool, but didn't want to do a time capsule, so we planted a tree.
We planted it yesterday on the school grounds and let each KK (K-5) help plant it by dumping dirt on it. We even purchases a cool little tree plaque so that everyone would know who planted it. The really cool part is that when all the kiddos are Seniors in the year of 2020, we can go out to that tree and have their pics made again...but it will be really big then :)

Some of our Spring Break Fun

Lots of things going on...

So much going on right now. I started school this week and we had someone quit at work, so guess who is working extra? It's me. This week and the next couple will be a challenge.
Class is going well. Stuck my first arm today :) And I did great...a little nervous, but I did well.

Christian is on Spring Break and because he has 2 working parents right now, we haven't done that much. I have tried to do 1 fun thing each day with him, whether it is going to McD's, or like today I took him to the new Jump Zone in Bentonville. I am just trying to do fun things so he has a nice break.
Ryan is taking off the whole day tomorrow so we are planning on taking the kiddos to do something really fun for the weekend.

Our BUBLE Trip

This restaurant was 47 stories up in the air and rotates so you can view the whole city while enjoying your dinner :)

We skipped dinner and just ordered the Skye High Pie (which was really just ice cream) and some water to drink.

The last couple of days....

We have had such fun the last couple of days.
Joshy turned 3 on Saturday :) We celebrated his b-day at Chuck-E-Cheese...it was a blast. I will post pictures soon.
My Dad came in for the celebration, it was nice to have him here.
He actually just left last night, so we had a great visit with him.
I have been off work since Thursday...which has been SOO nice. I took the weekend off to spend time with Joshua/family.
I do however have to work tonight and tomorrow...and then Friday...woohoo...is the day Ryan and I leave to go to KC for the concert! Michael Buble here we come!!

Funny story....We listen to Michael Buble in the car a lot...and the kids have actually picked up on some of the songs. Its so cute to hear them sing jazzy type songs :)
Anyways...I was explaining to Christian this morning that we would be gone this weekend becuause Mommy and Daddy were going to go see Michael Buble and he was like:

"What...you get to go see Michael Buble for Real? What about me..why can't I go see him?"

So funny, how many 51/2 year old's want to go hear a jazz singer?? :)
Christian is VERY fond of this song I have on my page now....he knows every word...it's so cute to hear him sing this:) And can totally sing it while snappin his fingers.....ha...what a child in his Daddy's footsteps (for those of who that don't know, Ryan has been a lover of Jazz forever. He was even in the Jazz band in college! - He plays the Bass.)
Anyways.....You know Ryan and I will take TONS of pics this weekend......I have the cutest outfit and everything to wear, I'm so excited!!!!
