Tonight after our pizza we made a wormy cake. I just took a bundt cake and cut it in half and kinda "glued" the 2 pieces together with icing (which was vanilla with green food coloring).
The boys LOVED it!!! 
Tonight I let the boys make their own pizza. I thought it would be fun, and it was!
I had all the toppings and sauce in bowls and I let them completly assemble the pizza. They thought it was a blast and they could barely wait to taste it. 
Joshua's first day of MDO was on the 25th. He LOVES it. He feels like such a big boy now! With Christian being in school for 3 years now, Joshy was really wanting to go to school too...so he could be just like his Bubby... :) I am glad we finally got in...we were on the waiting list for some time, but it was totally worth it, I know this year will be so much fun for him :)
Joshua had to have a napmat for MDO this year and I really wanted something cute. I had heard that Bellas had some really great napmats with covers so I went to check them out.
They were $60.00!! I even researched online and the cheapest I found was $40.00 (just for the cover, no mat or pillow) So...after some looking around online, I just knew this thing could not be that difficult to make, so I made a call to the greatest seamstress around, my wonderful grandmother. She took a look and she knew she could do it. So after a trip to Hobby Lobby for some cute cowboy material (that Joshy loves) this is what we got :) I am very proud of it (and so is Joshua :) All together it only cost us $20.00 bucks :)
Christian's first day of school was awesome. He says he loves his classmates and his new teacher. He is really excited that they have 3 recess' this year instead of the 2 they had in k-5 and k-4. He is already learning so much and has homework every night except for Wed, Sat and Sun. I can't believe I have a first grader...I remember being in 1st grade myself!!
Christian's first day of school was on Monday.

Joshua's first day of MDO is this coming monday...he cannot wait.

Today was my first Saturday off in FOREVER. So we made the most of it :)
We took the kids to Devils Den State Park, which none of us had ever been to, but had always heard of. We had a blast. The trails were a bit steep for Joshua, but he loved it. Both of the kids really liked the caves, I was the only one kinda freaked out about it :) Caves are not for the claustrophobic...haha. Even the mild ones... :) The weather was SOO awesome today too, very very enjoyable. I am excited to have tomorrow and Monday off too....it will be a great weekend :)
My Dad has been SOO wonderful to us. We have really enjoyed him living her with us.
He has been so helpful in every way. He keeps the house picked up, the dishes done and even mowes the lawn x2 a week!! We are getting so spoiled. And best of all he has been watching the kiddos while I am at work, or if I need to get something done.....it really has been a GOD send.

Both of the boys needed haircuts to begin the school year (Joshy is doing a MDO x2 a week at FBC Springdale) So..I took them to get their hair cut and when we walked out, this is what it looked like :)
Christian's turned 6 on August 1st...I can't believe it. We took him to Chuck E. Cheese for his big party and he had a blast.....
